The use of our products will also involve the storage and use of personal data, for example personal data relating to users of those products and to our clients’ customers:

We obtain email addresses of individuals who we believe may be interested in our products and services from the following sources for marketing purposes – our website, purchased data from third parties, our social media accounts, paid media, events, direct mail, webinars, promotions, pop-ups and surveys.

3. Tracking technologies
Our company uses IP level data to target advertising (this is the standard platform) and collect predicted location, operating system, timestamps and pages viewed to deliver a better user experience online and offline.
We use a third party supplier to deliver interest based advertising and you can opt out here. If you choose to opt-out, then you will no longer receive ads from our third party supplier as long as the opt-out cookie is installed on your machine. Note that your opt-out choices only apply to the particular browser and device from which you have opted-out.
We use tracking pixels, web beacons and cookies to track performance of the advertising campaigns and identify companies visiting the website.
4. Sharing of your personal information within our group
Our group consists of various companies. Where you provide personal information to one company within our group it may be shared with other companies within our group. This is in our legitimate interests to enable us to operate our group effectively and to enable us to provide you with an efficient service.

Your decision to stop receiving information from us may result in the deletion of some of the personal information that we hold about you, but we may still retain personal information we require for other purposes, including where it is required for record keeping purposes.
In certain circumstances you may be entitled to request the erasure of personal information that we hold about you. To make a request of this nature, please contact us, providing full details of the personal information you want to be erased and the reason(s) for your request. We will consider all requests upon receipt and confirm to you whether we are able to agree to your request.
